I think you can get them at TGI Fridays nowadays. It use to be that you had to go to a carnival of some sorts...the same place you'd get elephant ears.

Yes, you can get it at TGI Fridays and it is awesome! Not sure what the inspiration was to batter and fry mac and cheese, but that man is a genius!
